A guided Human Design journal
The Centers
an unbecoming journal
A 76-page journal for watching your nine centers show up in your real life, so you can start to see what's yours and what you picked up along the way.
Already in the Unbecoming community? The journal is included in your membership, and you'll find it in your member library.
Your chart starts to make sense when you see it in your own life.
Most of us learn Human Design as information. We read about our centers, nod along, and go right back to living the way we were taught.
This journal slows that down. It walks you through each of your nine centers with clear explanations, the gates that live inside them, and prompts that help you catch your design in action in your relationships, your work, and your body.
Nine centers, all 64 gates, and room to write
Each center gets its own section, with a page on how it works whether yours is defined or open, a page for every gate inside it, prompts, and an observation log.
Clear teaching
What each center does, and what it can feel like when yours is defined or open.
All 64 gates
Every gate in plain language, with where conditioning shows up and something to notice.
Not-self questions
A simple check for each center you can run in the middle of an ordinary day.
Prompts to write through
More than fifty reflection prompts and experiments, with ruled space for your answers.
Observation logs
A place to jot down what you notice as it happens, so patterns can surface over time.
Small questions you can carry all week
Each center comes with a not-self question. The answers are rarely tidy, and that's what makes them useful. Over time you start to catch conditioning as it happens, and you get to choose what to do with it.

Am I thinking about things that don't matter?
Look inside
This journal is for you if
- You've pulled your chart and want to understand what it means in your actual life.
- You know your Type and you're ready to go deeper into your centers and gates.
- You keep noticing patterns in yourself that you can't quite explain.
- You learn best by slowing down and writing things out.
You don't need to be a Human Design expert. You need your chart, something to write with, and some curiosity about yourself.
